Reference form
Pijunnaqunga candidates have to submit two references from their former teachers or employers. References from a family member will not be accepted.
As a candidate, you have two options:

You can download and print the reference form to give to your chosen reference to fill in. The completed forms must then be sent to Pijunnaqunga’s office, either by fax or email.

You can ask your reference to consult this webpage and they can fill the form directly online.
